Maintain Your Image. Protect Your Investment

Facilities spend millions of dollars on carpeting, upholstery, leather, and oriental and area rugs as part of their overall image. Poor maintenance can adversely affect that professional image, waste thousands of dollars in misdirected cleaning costs, reduce product performance, and accelerate the need for replacement.

Many offices, retail establishments, and other commercial areas count on us to provide solutions to their Utah carpet cleaning needs.

Why Choose Us

Advantage  Chem-Dry has maintained an aggressive research and development program. We understand how carpets and fabrics wear and stain. We know there are many different types of fibers and textiles in the commercial environment.

We also know that cleaning these fabrics requires state-of-the-art equipment designed to use the lowest possible amount of moisture. Hello my name is Tristan. I was cleaning the carpet for a Chinese food restaurant recently, the traffic lanes in the carpet were horrible, I couldn’t even see the color of the carpet through the soil and grease. We are very good at all types of commercial carpet cleaning, but restaurants are always a challenge. Besides the normal soil the grease that gets tracked out of the kitchen is a difficult challenge to clean.  It took me a fair bit of work but eventually I was able to remove roughly ninety percent of the soil and grease. I was extremely impressed, I knew the right product and techniques to use, but this one was pretty bad and I was impressed with the results.  Any who, if you need some carpet cleaned and you like nice people, call Advantage Chem Dry and ask for Tristan to do your carpet cleaning and I will help you out.
